Mei Kawakami (川神 鳴 Kawakami Mei) is one of the main characters in the third novel of the Musaigen no Phantom World series. She is the younger sister of Mai Kawakami.

Mei is a young girl with long, wavy blonde hair which she has tied into long twintails, tied with pink ribbons decorated with a skull. Just like her older sister, she has purple eyes and a two beauty marks under her eye.
